2.4.0 Maintenance release

FreeRDP 2.4.0 has just been released and uploaded to

https://pub.freerdp.com/releases/

2.4.0 is a maintenance release that also addresses the following security related problems: CVE-2021-3759 and CVE-2021-37595 (affecting wfreerdp on Windows only).

Other noteworthy changes are:

Backported multithreaded progressive decoder #7036
Backported clipboard fixes #6924
Fixed remote file read #7185
